Diced potatoes, chicken broth, white onion, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, bacon and chives. Chowder is cooked all day on low setting. Start the crockpot in the morning and enjoy in the evening.
Ingredients -
8 cups diced Potatoes
3 (14 1/2 ounces) cans Chicken Broth
1/3 cup White Onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounces) can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (8 ounces) package Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 pound Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Chives, finely chopped
Preparation:
1. Add potatoes, broth, onion and chicken soup to crockpot.
2. Cover crockpot.
3. Cool on low setting 8-10 hours.
4. Add cream cheese to chowder. Mix in thoroughly.
5. Serve in individual bowls.
6. Sprinkle with chives and bacon.

Substitute your favorite bacon variety and add a different flavor to your chowder. You could also substitute ham, canadian bacon, sausage or chicken for the bacon.
