Crockpot Calico Chicken Chowder

Nice, easy crockpot chowder. Cream of chicken soup and milk base combined with cooked chicken, corn, onion, potatoes, peas, and seasoned with parsley, and black pepper.
Ingredients -
 
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1-1/2 cups Evaporated Milk
1 cup Hot Water
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
3/4 cup finely chopped Onion
1 cup Frozen Whole Kernel Corn, thawed
2 cups Potatoes, finely chopped
2 cups diced Cooked Chicken Breast
1 cup Frozen Peas, thawed
 
Preparation:
 

1. Spray non-stick cooking spray on crockpot container.

2. Add cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, water, dried parsley, and black pepper to crockpot. Stir to combine.

3. Add onion, whole kernel corn, potatoes and chicken. Mix well with soup mixture.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.

5. Stir in thawed peas prior to serving.

Evaporated Milk
You could substitute your favorite fresh milk for the evaporated milk and water.
