Crab Chowder

Chicken broth with zucchini, red bell pepper, potatoes celery, seasoned and mixed with milk and cornstarch to thicken. Crab meat and cream cheese complete this seafood chowder.
Ingredients -
 
2 small Zucchini, thinly sliced
1 sweet Red Bell Pepper, julienned
2 ribs Celery, diagonally sliced
1 medium Potato, cubed
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 (10 ounces) can Chicken Broth
1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
3 cups Milk
2 (6 ounces) cans Crab Meat, drained, picked
1 (3 ounces) package Cream Cheese, cut up
 
Preparation:
 

1. Add zucchini, red bell pepper, celery, potato, butter, chicken broth and seasoning salt to crockpot.

2. In a small bowl combine cornstarch with milk.

3. Pour mixture into crockpot.

4. Cover and cook on LOW 4 hours.

5. Increase heat to high, add crabmeat, and cream cheese, and stir until cream cheese has melted.
